TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms set out the rules for using slavicthreads.com and the terms on which we sell to you. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

  1. Who we are slavicthreads.com is operated by Denisa Sluková, trading as SLAVIC THREADS ("we", "us", "our"). We operate as a registered Sole Proprietor (OSVČ) in the Czech Republic under ID (IČO): 14116316, with our registered business address at Nepilova 2147, 26601 Beroun, Czech Republic. You can reach us at denisasllukova@seznam.cz. Where these terms refer to "the Services", we mean this website and store and everything on it – the content, features, tools, products, and services we make available.

  2. These terms By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Services. These terms should be read alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Merchant Information page, which form part of your contract with us. Where the Refund Policy or Shipping Policy says something more specific than these terms, the more specific policy applies.

  3. Access and your account By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You may be asked to give us information such as your email address and billing, payment, and delivery details. Please make sure what you give us is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, or licence your account to anyone else.

  4. Our products We have made a real effort to show our products accurately. Colours and finish can still look different on your screen depending on your device, and printed garments carry small natural variations. Product images are indicative. Product descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue a product at any time, and we may limit the quantity we sell to any one person or region.

  5. Orders When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm we have accepted your order. We must have received and processed your payment before we accept. We may decline an order – for example, if the item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline or cancel an order, we will inform you via email and refund anything you have paid. Our garments are printed to order. Once production has started, we cannot change or cancel the order, though your right to change your mind after delivery is unaffected – see clause 8. Our products are for your own personal or household use, not for commercial resale.

  6. Prices, taxes, and payment Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Where prices are shown inclusive of tax, that will be stated at checkout. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Import duties and customs charges levied by destination countries outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  7. Delivery Delivery times quoted on the site and in our Shipping Policy are estimates. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or someone you nominated. If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, or by any later date expressly agreed upon, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

  8. Changing your mind If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. The full process, including return costs and refund details, is set out in our Refund Policy.

  9. Faulty goods and your legal rights If something arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not as described, tell us within 30 days of delivery at denisasllukova@seznam.cz. We will replace or refund it (your choice) and cover postage both ways. This sits on top of your statutory legal rights under applicable EU consumer laws (including Directive (EU) 2019/771).

  10. Intellectual property The Services, including our designs, text, images, graphics, and logos, belong to SLAVIC THREADS and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. "SLAVIC THREADS" and our product designs are our trade identifiers. Shopify's marks belong to Shopify.

  11. Acceptable use You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them to break laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, harass others, or scrape data using automated tools. We may suspend or close your account if you breach this clause.

  12. Automated agents Any software Agent interacting with the Services must identify itself truthfully in the user agent string (e.g., "Agent/[agent name]"), avoid mimicking human interaction patterns, and abide by standard technical access controls.

  13. Third-party links and tools We are not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or tools linked on our store. Use them at your own risk.

  14. Relationship with Shopify This store is hosted by Shopify. Any sale or purchase you make here is directly with Denisa Sluková (SLAVIC THREADS), not with Shopify.

  15. Feedback If you submit ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and display that content for marketing or operational purposes.

  16. Errors and omissions We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or availability issues and update or cancel affected orders with a full refund.

  17. Our liability to you Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract, but not for non-foreseeable losses or commercial business losses.

  18. Indemnity If you use these Services for commercial/business purposes, you agree to indemnify us against losses or legal claims arising from your breach of these terms or applicable laws.

  19. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these terms or where required by law.

  20. Changes to these terms The current version of these terms will always be posted here. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already accepted.

  21. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your resident country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

  22. General If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
