Production & Fulfillment

How long does production take? Every SLAVIC THREADS piece is printed to order. Production takes 1–5 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Most orders are ready within 3 business days.

When does production start? Production begins once your payment has cleared. Most payments clear instantly, but if a payment review or hold occurs, production starts as soon as it is approved.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to and how long does it take? Once dispatched, tracked standard delivery takes 5–15 business days for the European Union.

How much does shipping cost? Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will see the total shipping fee before you pay.

Customs & Taxes

Will I have to pay import duties? Orders are printed by our partners and may ship from facilities inside or outside your country. Any import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees applied by local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

Issues & Address Changes

Can I change my delivery address? Please review your shipping address before paying. Once an order enters production, we cannot change the address.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged? If a carrier confirms your parcel is lost or if it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days at denisasllukova@seznam.cz with photos of any visible damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns & Contact

Can I cancel or return my order? Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they enter production. Once delivered, you have 14 days to request a return. Check our Refund Policy for full details.
